  12. 4.  No messages advocating the switching of software from Renegade.

  14. 5.  The official language of this echo is ENGLISH.  Other languages are
  15.     off-topic.

  17. 6.  Most echos require "REAL NAMES", please consult the RGSNET.POL 
  18.     ducument for exceptions to this rule.  Global Exception:  The Moderator 
  19.     may use the alias of "Moderator".

  21. 7.  Only Quote what is needed, there are people paying to import this area,
  22.     and long quotes with only a few words after them really add to the cost.

  25.     response from the moderator in the echo, it could be handled by netmail.

  28.     not agree, you may discuss it in netmail.
